It is a common practice in smaller Chinese manufacturers lately to launch crowdfunding campaigns for their future devices. One of the is Alldocube that is participating on Indiegogo to fund its upcoming tablet, Alldocube X that will sport a 2.5K Super-AMOLED display. It’s been a month since the launch of the campaign and the project is already funded 600% of the original target, showing the need of the users for a powerful and affordable Android tablet.
What’s more, today we learned that from Alldocube that the X scores 103865 scores on Antutu and 3449 on Geekbench test with 1636 single and 3941 multi-core scores. Since it uses the same SoC as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 that scores lower on both tests (76273 on Antutu and 1604/3460 on Geekbench), it is safe to assume that the OS is very optimized for performance. Not only that but it cost less too ($219 on Indiegogo).
Besides performance, the Alldocube X has an excellent HiFi chip (AKM) and a Super-AMOLED display. Pay attention to the “Super” before AMOLED as Super-AMOLED panels have many benefits over simple AMOLED panels. A thinner panel, higher contrast, more power-efficient, higher touch sensitivity, fewer reflections, and higher refresh rate to name a few.
